Historic Walking Tour of Cheonggyecheon

The little river with a big story!!

This 2 hour walking tour takes you down the path of the Cheonggye Stream in Northern Seoul which supplied life-giving water to the city for hundreds of years

Listen to stories and information you can't find anywhere else!
- Meet at Gwanghwamun Station exit 5 or schedule a hotel pick-up!
- During the tour, your guide will provide explanation of what the Cheonggyecheon stream is, why it is important to Korean history, and how it ties the distant past, the recent past, and the present together (this will include some photos of the pre-restoration stream).
- Guide will walk with guests and allow them to enjoy the beauty of the stream while sharing amazing fun facts and Joseon Dynasty customs, and illuminating how the stream came to look the way it does today.
- Guests may request to pause for taking photos or asking questions whenever desired.
- Guide will stop at certain points along the stream to tell the unbelievable stories attached to certain areas.

Other things to note:
Please dress according to the weather, we will be outside for 100% of the experience. (Unless the day is particularly cold, in which case the tour will spend the last 20 minutes inside a warm location.)
